Sticks de melon

Since it seems that the good weather arrives, we suggest a refreshing and tasty low-calorie dessert with one of the summer fruits: the melon. This fruit contains a lot of fiber and water so it is ideal for hydration in summer and keeping the weight off.

We propose anoriginal,fun, healthy and easyto preparedessert that everyone likes.

Method:

Cut melon cubes, if you have the device to make balls, it will be more attractive, but if not, it doesn’t mind. You can cut more or less uniform squares.

Poke it on wooden brochettes and serve on a tray with a bowl of lemon and mint Doitfruit.
