To prepare the lemon mousse you need the following ingredients:
- Condensed milk (200 g)
- Juice of three lemons
- Two eggs
- Whole milk (250ml.)
- A natural yogurt
- Lemon and mint Doitfruit
Separate egg whites and reserve.
In a bowl mix the ingredients (except egg whites and mint) and beat it until you get a uniform cream.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and mix it with the rest of the cream carefully. Slowly shaking not to lose the spongy texture to stiff peaks.
Serve in glasses and add Doitfuit drawing up a decorative pattern (one spiral, one zigzag line…).
Reserve it in the refrigerator and serve chilly.
