If you like ice creams, this is a very healthy and low calories option. You can prepare this recipe with different Doitfruit products. This is our favorite with strawberry and red fruits:



2/3 cup of Light vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup of skim milk
1 Strawberry and Red fruits Doitfruit
4 cardboard or plastic cups
4 wooden sticks



Blend the yogurt and milk until creamy mixture and add gently Doitfruit to obtain the color and flavor you want.

Divide the mixture in the 4 cups and insert the stick in the center.

Freeze until ready to eat (3 hours approximately).
